Welcome to Songgram. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use Songgram.
Songgram turns a short text message you provide into an AI-generated song where your words become the lyrics. Output is created by an AI music service and is provided "as is" — we can't guarantee any particular quality, style, or result.
You are responsible for the text you submit and the songs you create and share. You agree not to use Songgram to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that impersonates others or violates anyone's rights. We may decline to generate, or remove, content that violates these Terms.
You retain rights to the message you write. Songs you generate are for your own personal, lawful use; you are responsible for how you use and share them.
Songgram includes one free song. Unlimited songs require a Songgram Pro subscription, offered as:
New subscribers may start with a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions are auto-renewable: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically at the same price each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
Songgram is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using Songgram at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
